||We deliver the computer to the address you specified, and we set it up for you. We make sure that everything works the way you want before leaving (internet connexion, windows settings, etc.).
||We transfer your data from your previous PC to the one you just bought at MyPcStore. We ensure that no data is left behind and that no issue occurs during the transfer.
This operation can be done remotely with the customer's help.
|4 hours of remote support
||During 3 years after you buy one of our computer, we keep our technicians available to help you remotely with any IT-related issue that may occur. It doesn't even have to be related to the PC you bought at MyPcStore. Just call us, and we'll fix the problem with you, and/or take control of your PC remotely if needed. Our helpdesk support is provided in English, Korean, and French.
|1 intervention at-home
||For 3 years after you buy one of our computer, you can call us whenever you want for an on-site intervention with any IT-related issue. Intervention in Seoul area only, and for 1 hour (on-site transportation time excluded). For any extra hour 55,000KRW will be charged.
